Account Security Changes

• For new member signups and password changes, I'm increasing the password character minimum requirements. Passwords must now be at least 12 characters (up from the usual 6), include a number or special character, an uppercase letter, and a lowercase letter. 
• Unusual login detection has been scaled back to make login easier. You won't get bothered for a confirmation code every time like before, unless you activated 2FA.
• Brute forcing will now be blocked, so getting your password wrong after too many attempts will lock you out for a while.
